What are your fees? We offer FREE consultation. Our goal is to provide clients with a simple agreement without the "fine print" and "hidden costs" involved. After all, we pride ourselves on the ability to provide our clients with a painless, simplistic, and rewarding partnership.
What makes SolutionMax different from other consulting firms? We focus on an ongoing relationship with our clients. A typical consulting firm will only make recommendations, and they do not continuously compare competing services and savings opportunities. Our CRA, QAA and NSP solutions ensure that all areas of your business are managed effectively throughout our relationship.
What prevents us from comparing products and services ourselves? Absolutely nothing, but you may find that your business has limited resources and/or time to compare all of the products and services that are available. It is a challenge to find the most efficient and cost effective way to run your business, and we are here to help! We use our diverse industry knowledge and experience, along with our negotiating ability, to obtain the best contractual terms and price for your specific situation.
How does the process work? During our initial consultation, we will learn about the status of your business and your current vendor relationships. From there, we will compare and contrast products and services to find the best solutions for your unique situation. Once all analyses and negotiations are complete, a meeting will be held to present our recommendations and answer any questions you may have. From there, you decide which solutions to implement, and we contact the applicable vendors to initiate the process.
Are we required to switch vendors? No, SolutionMax will always work with your current provider(s) to offer you the best rates. However, we will conduct an “apples to apples” reverse auction format in conjunction with a service overview of other vendors and offer recommendations based on our expertise.
Can we utilize your service for just one key area of our business? Yes, SolutionMax gives you the option to utilize any one of our solutions during your contract period. However, we highly recommend letting us review as many key areas as possible to ensure reducing cost and potentially generating more revenue for your business.
What if we are interested in a new service, product, or solution? Obviously we can’t reduce cost or provide quality assurance on something that doesn’t already exist for your business, therefore we created the NSP program for this purpose. In this program, you tell us what you need that doesn't exist in your infrastructure, and we'll bring it to you in the most efficient, cost effective manner possible. We will also conduct a reverse auction format for this service as well.
Are your services available nationwide? SolutionMax is headquartered in Cincinnati, OH, but we offer our services nationwide and beyond. Our extensive network of vendors extends globally, and we are one of a very few firms that can offer full service consulting for any business in any industry anywhere in the world!
